Management specialist Pavel Kovtunec previously held the position of Vice President of the Lithuanian Kickboxing Federation, and worked as a manager of the country's sports talents.

He is convinced that the quality of the relationship between the team and its fans is a very important part of the sport, so fans must be prioritized. According to him, all fans are equally important.

"My mission in the team is to reduce the distance between the club and the fans, to create a close relationship between them, to unite them into a single entity that we call the Wolves club. Therefore, I will strive to make it open, communal, and I will do my best to make the club's fans feel that they are an important part of the club," says P. Kovtunec.
